His pricing is extremely competitive and his installation team did a great job right down to getting another sink due to a small scratch they found when installing. From our visit to his showroom to the completion of the installation was less than 2 weeks.

I would recommend J&K Design to anyone who's looking for high quality encounter top products and services. To start with, Joe has provided a very reasonable cost estimation, and there's no extra add-on cost throughout the installation. The job was professional done. We have an odd shaped extension from our regular U-shape counter-top. The irregular shape make the standard rectangular back-splash looked misaligned with the rest of the counter top above. Instead of cover it up or keep arguing about it, the installer called the factory, cut a new piece and replace it next morning with no extra cost. When we thanks them for the extra work, the installer simply replied, " Don't mention about it, the job just has to be done right" I think that just said it all for the kind of professional attitude they offer.Thanks Joe.
Joe was great right from the beginning, your not going to beat the quality or price anywhere else (I know, I looked) Even though I live a fair distance away Joe was able to accommodate the distance without additional charge. The countertop looks fantastic and I could not be happier with the end result. The contractors are very professional and are willing to go above and beyond to make the installation a quick and professional experience. Any minor adjustments required if missed are quickly addressed and taken care of. In hopes of moving my husband and I decided to change the counter-top in the kitchen and Master/Main Bathroom. I contacted Joe and he made himself available same day to visit our home to take measurements to provide us a quote. We were given a reasonable quote and decided to move forward. The selecting of product was challenging for me as Joe had so many beautiful Quartz options to choose from. I did eventually choose a Quartz but after a day or two second guessed myself. Joe was very friendly, gracious and desired for me to be a happy customer and happy with my selection I was able to change my mind. He informed me it would be 10 days from order to installation. Just as promised 10 days later the kitchen and master/main bathroom counter-tops were changed. It took the installers, whom were very professional, 3 hours to install. They were qualified, clean and kind. I am so happy that I switched the colour of Quartz as I am so pleased with the end result. So happy that I am sad to leave them behind. All I can say is 'bling, bling, in my kitchen and master/main bathroom. I highly recommended JK Design for any kitchen/bathroom renovation you may have. He has a great selection, exceptional customer service and more importantly a heart of gold - Joe is in this business not only for himself but for the satisfaction of his customers. quartz countertops personal & attentive service Yes After making the decision to replace our aging (builders' grade) countertops & install new wall (backsplash) tile in the kitchen we visited one of the "big box" stores and got the prelim budget and the SIX week timeline to install
With this info at hand we walked into Joe's (JK Design) store on Saturday morning and got a very personal & professional service from the get go (family ran business). After consultation Joe recommended the quartz and he was over at our place on Monday evening (as he promised) to firm up the cost. The following day counters were measured and we were told they be ready to install the next Friday. This schedule was expedited and by the following Tuesday counters were being install. We ran into one minor issue during the install (things happen) and when I called Joe to discuss he was over at our place in less than half hour to address it.... that's what you call customer service. We then arranged with Joe for install of the wall tile. Joe came over personally with samples to assist us in picking up the right stuff and after placing the order the tile installer was at our place on Monday. All in all it took just over two weeks to have counters & tiles all installed and they look great. We will surely use Joe and JK Design again for our next project and won't hesitate to recommend to others. Work was done professionally, on time & budget and this can surely be attributed to Joe's personal involvement thru the entire project. Thanks Joe!!!

My neighbors recommended that we check out JK Designs. Joe and his son Francois were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I was able to select and purchase a beautiful quartz counter top with lovely glass flecks that sparkle when the sun hits it. The installation was fast and expertly installed. We also went back to Joe and purchased back splash tiles which are beautiful. JK Design also offers flooring, cabinet, tiles and cabinet handle samples. Their prices are great. I would highly recommend doing business with Joe. Thank you Joe and Francois for all your help. It was an enjoyable experience.

Quartz Kitchen Countertop Great installation, no seams. The product requires no maintenance. Yes. This past summer I decided to renovate my kitchen. I got to know Joe through a friend of the family and I decided to visit his store with my husband. Joe was very friendly and gracious. He took the time to educate us on the different products he had available for kitchen countertops and we were able to choose from a book of samples he had brought to the house so that we were able to match it with the rest of the kitchen design.
Within a few days Joe came to our house to take his measurements and gather the information he needed. We were given a reasonable quote for the countertops which included a free sink of my choice. Joe promised that installation would happen within 10 days and as promised the crew was at my house 10 days later. His crew was very qualified, professional and clean, the countertop and sink were installed within 3 hours.
I am very please with the end result and the way it enhanced the kitchen. I have already recommended him to family and friends and would rate Joe and his service 5 stars out of 5.
We had our kitchen countertops replaced a couple of weeks ago and really love them. Our countertops have many curves and odd shapes so we chose quartz because it allows an installation without seams. We also like the subtle color. We chose a white background with lots of little specks in varying shades of grey and silver. Some of the specks have a mirror finish and they sparkle when the sun shines in. It is beautiful. Now we are getting our cabinets refinished to really make our small kitchen 'pop'. We were very impressed by Joe and his company, J K Design Group. Joe came to our house himself and made some great recommendations. He was very friendly and relaxed and we did not feel any pressure to buy from him. I contacted other companies but found them too aggressive and not willing to come to our home to be able to give an accurate quote. Joe said the process would take about 10 days but we had the countertops installed within a week. Everyone was very punctual and arrived when they said they would. The installers removed and took away all the old counters and the installation went very smoothly and was completed in 2 - 3 hours. Joe even recommended a plumber who came the next day once the glue had adequately dried and installed the faucet and got rid of our old carburetor. Once all the work was completed Joe paid a visit to ensure our satisfaction. Joe understands good customer service. I would recommend J K Design for anyone thinking about replacing kitchen and/or bathroom countertops. J K Design also installs hardwood floors, tiles and carpets. I found the price very reasonable. I give J K Design 5 stars (out of 5).

This is the best company I had the pleasure of working with in the home renovation industry. I had them re-do our kitchen counter, Kitchen island +2 bathroom countertops. They manage to get everything done with one business week and left only once they cleaned up after them selves. It's as if there was never any construction going on. Well apart from the obvious countertops upgrades. They also had the best price and selection of stone this is the best company. Hands down !

Great folks to deal with, fair, reasonable and a pleasure to do business with. When they didn't have the stock we were looking for they referred us to another warehouse to pick our stone. They arranged to pick it up and produce the gem we have in our kitchen. Only issue we had is the cutter cut our original stone an inch to short (JK DESIGN measured right, the cutter somehow missed it) we were going to compromise but JK DESIGN wouldn't allow it, it had to be perfect or nothing. We were grateful for that they wouldn't allow us to settle for nothing but a perfect fit. I didn't deduct a star because they way they handled it was amazing. We love our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to renovate our bathroom. They are a pleasure to deal with and take responsibility for their actions. You can't say that for too many organizations today.

They had very friendly service and I felt that they weren't pressuring me to be buy. The whole process was quick and easy after we chose the color we wanted. We ended up going with quartz. The whole process took about 10 days to finish and the installers left it clean after they were done highly satisfied.

We found the prices at the big box stores to be very expensive for what we required, so we went to see Joe at JK Design. He was very pleasant to deal with and gave us a very reasonable price quote which also included an undermount sink.The installation was completed in two weeks and the installers were courteous and on time. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our counters. We found jk design online read his amazing reviews, in which he totally deserves. Joe is so friendly, knowledgeable, very professional. We ordered our quartz countertops Tuesday August 25 2015 they were installed Wednesday Sept.2 2015. We were so impressed when Joe came to our home himself with his men to take the measurements, his men were just as friendly and professional as he was. We received our beautiful flawless quartz countertops on Wednesday. The gentlemen that installed our counters were amazing, very polite extremely efficient so pleased with everything and everyone. A few days latter Joe himself calls us to see if we are happy with our counters and service. Who does this anymore especially after they have already been paid. Jk design group in is a very good company. I had already had my eye set on a specific type of granite and he got me it with a nice backplash granite cutting board. He had very quick easy service i enjoyed the price as well. Overall freindly service took care of any problems cleaned up after themselves. The owner came in after to check the job made sure there was no issues i was very surprised and happy by this i think this company has very good service highly recomend.

I went to Jk Design about 2 weeks and I really wanted to get my counter tops in before the Easter weekend and I went in there was a very large selection of backsplash, Quartz , Granite countertops to choose from. I ended up going with a Quartz countertop and a nice glass mosaic backsplash. Within 8 days I had it installed earlier than I needed and when it was installed it looked stunning. I couldn't have asked for a better service and a more efficient process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just want to say thanks for the easy and seamless process we experienced purchasing our new quartz countertop and backsplash tiles for JK Design. We had Gone to a few other stores including the big box and flea market style vendors and we were most comfortable dealing with you and your staff. Our order took less than a week to have made compared to big box store 6 week lead times and the uncomfortable feeling of not really knowing who you were dealing with at the flea market vendors, especially if there were any problems in the future with the top. Your price was very competitive and clearly beat the big stores by a mile!
We would recommend JK Design to anyone going through a home upfit and will deal with you on future projects.
